Our Staff
Office Manager
Billie is certified in Medical Office Management and Computer Maintenance. Born and raised in Grundy County, TN, Billie moved to this area after meeting her husband Shaun who is a native of Franklin County.
Nurse Practitioner
Mara Hutchings works as Southern Tennessee Cardiology's nurse practitioner. She has worked with Dr. Basaraba for over 10 years in various settings.

Karley has been a registered nurse at Southern Tennessee Cardiology for 3 years. She graduated University of Alabama in Huntsville with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2016.

Demi has been a registered nurse for over two years. She has previously worked at the Winchester Hospital and the Tullahoma Surgery Center. Demi and her husband Jake love spending time with their four dogs.

Alicia is a Registered Nurse who has worked in labor and delivery for over 11 years. She joined the team at Southern Tennessee Cardiology in the spring of 2022.

Melissa is a Registered Diagnostic Sonographer who, originally from North Carolina, moved to this area with her husband Ronnie several years ago.

Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Kayla has been with Southern TN Cardiology for 2 years. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in 2018 before moving on to Chattanooga State Community College for Nuclear Medicine Technology.
Radiology Technician
Heather has been with STC since October of 2020. She is a radiology technician who has been practicing in the field since 2014.
Receptionist
Becky has been in the medical field for over 20 years and enjoys working with people. Becky has worked in Dermatology, Family medicine and Internal Medicine and is a integral part of our office staff.

Katie is a certified medical assistant who has been with STC since February 2019. She enjoys being the first person to greet each patient as they come in the door.

Jixi is a medical receptionist who has worked in different areas of the hospital since 2015. Jixie joined the team here at Southern Tennessee Cardiology in the spring of 2022.
